Mapology Guides 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles
Back in April 2020, just at the beginning of the 1st lockdown in the UK, I wanted to do something nice, to give back, to make people smile. I mean who would have dreamt up a pandemic?!
I don't know about you, but I love jigsaw puzzles. I thought it would be fun to make very simple 15 piece jigsaws out of some of the Mapology Guides covers. They were a free add on when people purchased the guides - and they flew out. I ordered 200 in total. They did not last long.
Fast forward to October 2020, when I was approached by the wonderful people at Galison to turn some of our Mapology Guides into 1000 piece jigsaw puzzles, I did not have to think twice. Humbled and grateful we collaborated and I couldn't be happier with the results.
Galison are masters at producing jigsaw puzzles. Their printing and box designs are beautiful and their attention to detail is exceptional.
Jigsaw puzzles are a wonderful pass time pursuit. There are so many benefits. Did you know that doing a jigsaw puzzle exercises the left and right brain simultaneously? You will also experience stress relief and improvement of short-term memory. The list goes on.
