SHIPPING

Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours by Royal Mail.

Shipping within the UK - we send all UK orders via Royal Mail. All orders benefit from FREE UK postage.

Please note that the following shipping times are for guidance only. Since Brexit and the pandemic, shipping has taken longer in certain countries.

Shipping to Europe - we send all orders with Standard Service Royal Mail (5-11 working days).

Shipping to the rest of the World - we send all orders with Standard Service Royal Mail (10-14 working days).

We do not make profit from our P&P, all prices are based on current Royal Mail guidelines. Charges are calculated automatically when you check out. As the products are very lightweight, postage is anywhere between 5-10% of the cost of the products. If you have any questions about shipping then please ask and we can help.

Please note there is no tracking information for the packages we send out

TEMPORARY: Canada post is striking since the 15th November. No post office is accepting packages for Canada until matters are resolved. We will not take orders for Canada until further notice. Thank you for your understanding.

If you require Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed, or standard UK signed for, please request this by sending an email.

Orders sent internationally may be subject to import duties and tax depending on the country of destination and the value of the order. All parcels are sent with the relevant paperwork needed to clear customs. The recipient is responsible for any customs, duties or other fees that may be incurred importing goods.

If your item doesn’t arrive in the estimated time we urge you to check with neighbours We have found that missing orders are frequently just misplaced at the recipient’s end. 99% of all orders arrive at their destination.

Mapology Guides Limited is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

BREXIT: FOR EU ORDERS

Please note due to new Brexit rules (starting 01.07.2021) all EU orders will incur local VAT charges and possibly customs and duty charges. This also may result in delays of your order arriving. Please allow up to 4 weeks before you email us with a non-delivery.

Please note there is no tracking information for the packages we send out. We have decided to ONLY offer Tracked & Signed to Greece as packages arrive very delayed.

We have also sadly stopped shipping to The Republic of Ireland as too many orders did not arrive, despite filling out the customs forms. One way around this is to have a UK billing and shipping address of someone you know and will be meeting up with in the near future. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

The recipient is responsible for local VAT and any customs, duties or other fees that may be incurred importing goods before the package will be released. Please make sure you factor this in when placing an order. We do not offer returns or refunds if a package returns to us because VAT and duties were not paid.

RETURNS

We have tried to give very detailed descriptions and visual references. Due to the printed maps' nature and price, Mapology Guides does not accept returns. If you have any doubts before purchasing, do drop us a line.

Here at Mapology Guides we strive to be as eco-friendly as possible. We are plastic-free. We use biodegradable sleeves for our maps and all our packaging is sustainable. We are proud to use exclusively British suppliers.
